Pinpoint Test 1: No Power In All Ignition Switch Positions

PINPOINT TEST 1: NO POWER IN ALL IGNITION SWITCH POSITIONS - HYBRID

Normal Operation

The ignition switch receives fused battery voltage along circuit (L/R) from smart junction box (SJB) fuse 27 (20A). The ignition switch then sends that voltage out to various systems depending on ignition switch position. The ignition switch has 4 possible states:

- OFF - No power on any circuits
- ACC - Power on circuit (V/G)
- RUN - Power on circuits (V/G) and (W/O)
- START - Power on circuit (W/O) and (L/W)

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Ignition switch
- SJB

Diagnostic Procedure

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
