Rearview Mirror Removal/Installation




REARVIEW MIRROR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Vehicles Without Auto Wiper System

Removal

1. Insert a flathead screwdriver between the mirror and the base.






2. Push the base pin down to remove the rearview mirror.

Installation

1. Install the rearview mirror onto the base.






Vehicles With Auto Wiper System

1. Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver into the notch and pry with the screwdriver in the direction shown by the arrow to remove the covers. (Vehicles with auto wiper system)






2. Remove the covers. (Vehicles with auto wiper system)






3. Remove the rain sensor. (Vehicles with auto wiper system) Service and Repair

4. Remove the clip, and then remove the rearview mirror upward.






5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
