1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the following parts:
a. Front seat Front Seat Removal/Installation

b. Second-row seat Second-Row Seat Removal/Installation

c. Rear package tray lid Service and Repair

d. Sub-trunk Service and Repair

e. Third-row seat Third-Row Seat Removal/Installation

f. Center console Center Console Removal/Installation

g. Front scuff plate inner Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

h. Front side trim Front Side Trim Removal/Installation

i. Side wall Side Wall Removal/Installation

j. Center console (Vehicles with rear vent) Center Console Removal/Installation

k. Selector lever knob (ATX) Front Console Removal/Installation

l. Shift lever knob (MTX) Front Console Removal/Installation

m. Front console Front Console Removal/Installation

n. Dust cover Service and Repair

o. Rear scuff plate Rear Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

p. B-pillar lower trim B-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation

q. Trunk end trim Trunk End Trim Removal/Installation

r. Third-row seat belt lower anchor installation bolt Third-Row Seat Belt Removal/Installation

4. Remove fastener A, B, and C.

5. Take the floor covering out from the opened liftgate.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
