Throttle Body: Testing and Inspection
THROTTLE BODY INSPECTION [MZI-3.7]Resistance Inspection 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove the engine cover.
Service and Repair 3.
Disconnect the
throttle body connector.
4.
Measure the resistance between
throttle body terminals A and B.
Throttle actuator resistance -
1-900 ohms [20°C {68 °F}]
-
If not as specified, replace the
throttle body.
