X41 - Check Fan Running Mode (Low)

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

- Reconnect Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Does fan run?

Yes -- Go to X42. X42 - Jumper High Fan Control (HFC) Signal to Ground

No -- Replace CCRM. Reconnect PCM. Re-evaluate symptom.
