REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION













REMOVAL SERVICE POINTS

[[A]] A/C COMPRESSOR AND CLUTCH ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

1. Remove the A/C compressor and clutch assembly together with the hose from the bracket.

2. Tie the removed A/C compressor and clutch assembly with a string at a position where they will not interfere with the removal and installation of the generator assembly.

[[B]] GENERATOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

Remove the generator assembly to the downside.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

]]A[[ GENERATOR ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

- When installing the generator assembly, loosen the bracket mounting bolts and temporarily install the generator assembly to the bracket, and then tighten the bolts.
- Do not remove the bracket mounting bolts from the bracket. Only loosen the bolts.

]]B[[ GROUNDING CABLE CONNECTION





Install the grounding cable within the area marked with A in the illustration.

]]C[[ A/C COMPRESSOR AND CLUTCH ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION





Tighten A/C compressor and clutch assembly mounting bolts to the specified torque in the order of number shown in the illustration.
Tightening torque: 23± 6Nm (17± 4 ft-lb)
