CHARGE PORT LID

CHARGE PORT LID HINGE ASSEMBLY : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove charge port lid assembly. Refer to "CHARGE PORT LID ASSEMBLY : Removal and Installation" Removal And Installation.
2.Remove charge port cover. Refer to "CHARGE PORT COVER : Removal and Installation" Charge Port Cover.
3.Remove front bumper fascia. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal And Installation.
4.Remove charge port lid lock assembly. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal And Installation.
5.Remove fixing clips, and then remove charge port rear cover (cold spec models).
6.Remove charge port lid hinge mounting bolts and clip, and then remove charge port lid hinge assembly.

INSTALLATION

Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
After installation, perform charge port lid assembly fitting adjustment. Refer to "CHARGE PORT LID ASSEMBLY : Adjustment" Adjustment.
