2.1 Safety

2.1.1 Validity of legislation

The general guidelines are not part of the legislation and are not therefore country-dependent. However, they are very important for every sprayer.

The most important part of the safety regulations is the protection of people against danger. For this purpose, special regulations and legislation have been adopted for Germany. Similar legislation and regulations exist in many other countries.

2.1.2 Responsibility/topicality

The paint shop is responsible for introducing the current guidelines and national laws to its employees and providing the relevant training.

The safety instructions provided in this guide are imposed on the paint sprayers employed by Dr.Ing.h.c. F. Porsche AG. They do not claim to be exhaustive.

All relevant safety data can be obtained from the institution responsible or from the paint material importer.

Refer to the container packaging and labels for product-specific safety instructions.
