Remove wiper arms. -> 924119 Removing and installing wiper arm for rear window wiper system - section on "Removing"

Remove cowl panel cover. -> 508719 Removing and installing cowl panel cover - section on "Removing" Service and Repair

Disconnect the battery. -> 2X00IN02 Work instructions after disconnecting the battery Work Instructions After Disconnecting the Battery

Removing wiper linkage

1. Unscrew the three fastening screws -3- for the wiper linkage and release and unplug the electric connector for the wiper motor.

2. Remove wiper linkage. If the wiper motor must be removed from the wiper linkage, then proceed according to "Removing and installing wiper motor"-> 921519 Removing and installing wiper motor - section on "Removing" 92151900 Removing and installing wiper motor.

Installing wiper linkage

1. If necessary, fit the wiper motor to the wiper linkage. -> 921519 Removing and installing wiper motor - section on "Installing" 92151900 Removing and installing wiper motor
2. Position wiper linkage in the radiator tank and screw down the fastening screws -3A, 3B, 3,C- in turn. => Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
