Installation position on the 911 Carrera

1. Can be accessed through the removed auxiliary headlight.
2. Press both retaining lugs on the spray nozzle together and remove it from the front apron.

3. Release quick-connecting lock on the water connection -a- and pull it off the spray nozzle.

4. Remove the spray nozzle through the area from which the auxiliary headlight was removed.

1. Slide the spray nozzle in through the area from which the auxiliary headlight was removed.
2. Push water hose onto the spray nozzle until it engages securely.

3. Insert the spray nozzle in the front apron -A- until it engages -B-.

Subsequent work

1. Install auxiliary headlight. -> 947119 Removing and installing auxiliary headlights - section on "Installing" 947119 Removing and installing auxiliary headlight
2. Bleed the spray nozzles. The system is bled by activating the spray nozzles for the headlight cleaning system several times. Depending on whether it is a left or right spray nozzle, or whether the water reservoir for the headlight cleaning system was completely emptied or not, the bleeding process can require frequent activations of the spray nozzle.

1. Insert the nozzle head into the opening on the spray nozzle and slide it in as far as it will go. The nozzle head clicks into place in the spray nozzle.
