Front Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair.
2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement Service and Repair.
3. Raise the window in the full up position.
4. Remove the front door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement (Door Handle Replacement).
5. Remove the bolt from the run channel.
6. Remove the weatherstrip and window run channel from the front door.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the window run channel and weatherstrip by sliding up into the hook latch slot.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolt to the window run channel.

Tighten the bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the front door inside handle. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement (Door Handle Replacement).
4. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement Service and Repair.
5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement Service and Repair
