Grille Applique Molding Replacement - Upper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front grille applique. Refer to Grille Applique Replacement - Upper (Grille Applique Replacement - Upper) .

Notice: Use care when grinding the heat stake material. Improper grinding could damage the applique.





2. Grind the heat stakes from the backside of the chrome molding. Use a 3M Rolocdisk, grade 80, or equivalent.




3. Remove and discard the chrome molding.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the chrome molding to the applique.




2. Install the retaining clips that come with the molding. Seat the clips firmly over the heat stakes.
3. Install the front grille applique. Refer to Grille Applique Replacement - Upper (Grille Applique Replacement - Upper) .
