Window Run Channel Replacement - Rear Door

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door Service and Repair.
2. Pull back the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the bolts from the window run channel.




4. Remove the foam insinuator pad.




5. Remove the weatherstrip from the window run channel.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the weatherstrip to the window run channel.




2. Position the window run channel to the rear door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the window run channel bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).




4. Install the foam insulator pad.
5. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door (Service and Repair).
6. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door Service and Repair
