AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - FLOOR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) lower dash insulator retainer.
2. Pull the insulator rearward to detach the insulator from the forward insulator retainer.




3. Remove the heater outlet assembly retainer.
4. Slide the heater duct outward from the HVAC module and remove.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Slide the heater ducts onto the HVAC module outlet.
2. Install the heater outlet with the retainer.




3. Install the lower dash insulator with the retainers.
