AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: INSTALLATION

BLOWER UNIT: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the blower assembly with the claw in the order shown in the illustration.





(b) Install the blower assembly with the bolt and 3 screws.
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)





(c) Connect the 3 connectors.
2. INSTALL AIR DUCT Installation
3. INSTALL ECM Installation
4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER
(a) Install the instrument panel sub-assembly lower Installation.
5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
(a) Install the instrument panel sub-assembly upper Installation.
6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Testing and Inspection.
8. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
