C50 MANUAL TRANSAXLE: MANUAL TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION





1. INSTALL MANUAL TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY
(a) Align the input shaft with the clutch disc and install the manual transaxle onto the engine.
(b) Install the 7 bolts.
Torque: 33 Nm (336 kgf-cm, 24 ft-lbf)





2. INSTALL ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET LH
(a) Install the engine mounting bracket LH with the 6 bolts.
Torque: 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft-lbf)





3. INSTALL TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE BRACKET
(a) Install the transmission control cable bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
4. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY Installation
5. INSTALL FLYWHEEL HOUSING SIDE COVER Installation





6. INSTALL ENGINE MOVING CONTROL BRACKET
(a) Install the engine moving control bracket with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft-lbf)
7. INSTALL ENGINE AND TRANSAXLE
