2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT OIL CONTROL VALVE: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM COVER Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH Removal

4. REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL Removal

5. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal

6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK Removal

8. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL





(a) Separate the wire harness.

(b) Remove the 10 bolts and remove the cowl top panel outer.





9. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the bolt and remove the vacuum hose clamp.

(b) Disconnect the oil control valve connector.





(c) Remove the bolt and oil control valve.
