LIGHTING (INT): PERSONAL LIGHT: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT PERSONAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the resistance.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the personal light.

(b) Check the light operation.

(1) Connect the positive (+) battery lead to terminal 3 and the negative (-) battery lead to terminal 5, then check that the light illuminates.

OK:

Light illuminates.

If the light does not illuminate, replace the personal light.
