Installation





EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the front bumper side support.

(b) Install the screw and bolt.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 8 bolts.

Torque : 50 Nm (510 kgf-cm, 37 ft-lbf)

(b) Attach the 4 clamps.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Install the front bumper energy absorber.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Attach the 10 claws to install the front bumper cover.

(b) Install the 10 screws and 3 clips.

(c) Install the 2 pin hold clips.

6. INSTALL CENTER HOOD CUSHION

(a) Install the 2 center hood cushions.

7. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

(a) Install the radiator support opening cover with the 6 clips.
