2ZR-FE INTAKE: AIR CLEANER AND HOSE: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE MASS AIR FLOW METER Removal

2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose.

(b) Loosen the air cleaner hose clamp, unlock the air cleaner assembly clamp and remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly with air cleaner hose.





(c) Remove the air cleaner filter element.

(d) Separate the wire harness.





(e) Remove the 2 bolts and remove the air cleaner case with inlet No. 1 air cleaner.

(f) Loosen the air cleaner hose clamp and remove the intake air resonator.





(g) Loosen the air cleaner hose clamp and remove the air cleaner hose from the No. 1 air cleaner cap sub-assembly.





(h) Remove the inlet No. 1 air cleaner from the air cleaner case.
