HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU
1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER
(a) Disconnect the H24, H67 and z13 air conditioning amplifier connectors.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(d) Reconnect the H24, H67 and z13 air conditioning amplifier connectors.
(e) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Check from the rear of the connector with it connected to the air conditioning amplifier.
* If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
(f) Waveform 1: Using an oscilloscope
(g) Waveform 2 (Reference) : Using an oscilloscope

The waveform varies depending on the CAN communication signal.

2. CHECK INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL
(a) Disconnect the H45 integration control and panel connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
* If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the H45 integration control and panel connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
* If the result is not as specified, the integration control and panel may have a malfunction.
3. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL PANEL
(a) Disconnect the S4 air conditioning control panel connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
* If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the S4 air conditioning control panel connector.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
* If the result is not as specified, the air conditioning control panel may have a malfunction.
