Control Assembly: Adjustments

A/C CONTROL CABLES ADJUSTMENT


1. SET A/C CONTROL DIALS AND LEVER IN THESE CONDITIONS:
a. Air inlet control lever "RECIRC" position
b. Mode control dial "FACE" position
c. Temperature control dial COOL position







2. ADJUST AIR IN LET DAMPER [1][2]CONTROL CABLE
Set the air inlet damper on "RECIRC" position and install the control cable and lock clamp.







3. ADJUST MODE DAMPER [1][2]CONTROL CABLE
Set the air inlet damper on "FACE" position and install the control cable and lock the clamp.







4. ADJUST AIR MIX DAMPER [1][2]CONTROL CABLE
Set the air mix damper on "COOL" position and install the control cable and lock the clamp.
