A/C Control Switch

SWITCHES INSPECTION










1. INSPECT BLOWER SWITCH OPERATION
If continuity is not as specified, replace A/C control assembly.

2. INSPECT A/C SWITCH OPERATION







Indicator:
a. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 6 and negative (-) lead to terminal 4.
b. Push in the A/C button and then check that the indicator lights up.







c. Then, connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 3 and negative (-) lead to terminal 1 and check that the indicator dims.

If operation is not as specified. replace the switch.










Switch continuity:
If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.

Illumination circuit:
If continuity is not as specified, test the bulb.
