INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the generator with the 2 bolts.
Bolt A - Torque: 25 Nm (250 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
Bolt B - Torque: 54 Nm (550 kgf-cm, 40 ft-lbf)





(b) Connect the A/C connector [B].
(c) Install the wire harness clamp [C].
(d) Connect the generator connector [D].
(e) Install the generator wire with the nut [E].
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)
(f) Install the terminal cap No. 2.
2. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
(Installation)
3. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
4. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
