Removal

1ZZ-FE CHARGING: GENERATOR:

COMPONENTS

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
3. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

HINT: (Removal)

4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the terminal cap No. 2.
(b) Remove the nut [B], then remove the generator wire.
(c) Disconnect the generator connector [C].
(d) Remove the wire harness clamp [D].
(e) Disconnect the A/C connector [E].

(f) Remove the 2 bolts, then remove the generator.
