2AZ-FXE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY





(a) Apply a light coat of engine oil to an O-ring of the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly sensor.





(b) Install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80in-lbf)
(c) Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly connector.
2. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the brake master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71in-lbf)
3. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
