INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LH Removal
2. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL RH Removal
3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle) Removal
4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle) Removal
5. REMOVE CENTER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle) Removal
6. REMOVE CENTER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle) Removal
7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY Removal
8. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT Removal
9. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT Removal
10. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 6 clips and 2 guides, and remove the upper console panel sub-assembly.
11. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER





(a) Remove the instrument panel cup holder.
12. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET





(a) Remove the console box carpet.
13. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)





(a) Remove the 2 bolts.





(b) Disconnect the connector.





(c) Remove the 2 screws and the console box assembly.
14. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 screws.





(b) Disconnect the connector.





(c) Remove the 2 screws and the console box assembly.
