MIRROR (INT): INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o EC Mirror)





(a) Using a "TORX" socket wrench (T20), install the inner rear view mirror assembly with the screw.
Torque: 1.8 Nm (18 kgf-cm, 16in-lbf)
2. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ EC Mirror)
(a) w/ Camera:
NOTICE:
- Do not touch the camera lens (built into the inner rear view mirror assembly) with a bare hand.
- Do not allow anything to adhere to the camera lens (built into the inner rear view mirror assembly).
- Do not apply strong impacts to the inner rear view mirror assembly.
- Do not allow any liquid to get on the inner rear view mirror assembly.




(1) Using a "TORX" socket wrench (T20), install the inner rear view mirror assembly with the screw.
Torque: 1.5 Nm (15 kgf-cm, 13in-lbf)
(2) Connect the connector.
(b) w/o Camera:




(1) Using a "TORX" socket wrench (T20), install the inner rear view mirror assembly with the screw.
Torque: 1.5 Nm (15 kgf-cm, 13in-lbf)
(2) Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/ EC Mirror)
(a) w/o Camera:
(b) Engage the 2 claws and install the inner rear view mirror cover.








(1) Engage the 2 claws and install the inner rear view mirror cover as shown in the illustration.
(c) w/ Camera:




(1) Engage the 2 claws and install the inner rear view mirror cover.




(2) Engage the 2 claws and install the inner rear view mirror cover as shown in the illustration.
