HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
HINT: Refer to the procedure for Remove Air Conditioning Unit Assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET Disassembly
3. REMOVE NO. 2 FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET Disassembly
4. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly
5. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly
6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) Disassembly
7. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) Disassembly
8. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE Disassembly
9. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 6 screws and blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly.





10. REMOVE COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly
11. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR Disassembly
