Removal

2AR-FE STARTING: STARTER: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT

6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the terminal 50 connector from the starter assembly.





(b) Turn back the terminal cap.

(c) Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal 30.

(d) Remove the 2 bolts and starter assembly.
