2ZR-FE STARTING: ENGINE SWITCH: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LH Removal

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Instrument Panel Under Cover) Removal

6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE Removal

8. REMOVE ENGINE SWITCH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the engine switch from the No. 1 switch hole base.
