EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (except Sport Package)

(a) w/ Fog Light:

(1) Connect each fog light connector.

(b) Engage the guide and 4 claws, and install the front bumper assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Install the 3 clips.

(d) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Install the 2 clips and 6 screws.

(e) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Install the 2 clips and 4 screws.

(f) Install the clip and pin hold clip.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package)

(a) Connect each fog light connector.

(b) Engage the 4 claws and install the front bumper assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Install the 3 clips.

(d) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Install the 2 clips and 6 screws.

(e) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Install the 2 clips and 4 screws.

(f) Install the clip and pin hold clip.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

(a) Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.

4. INSTALL NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 2AZ-FE)

(a) Install the No. 4 engine under cover with the 4 clips and 4 screws.

5. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)
