Removal

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT PANEL GARNISH LH Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT PANEL GARNISH RH Removal

3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the 4 clips and remove the upper console box sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.





(c) w/ Power Outlet Socket:

(1) Disengage the clamp.





(2) Disconnect the connector to remove the upper console box sub-assembly.

6. REMOVE NO. 4 CONSOLE BOX DUCT (w/ Rear Register Duct)

(a) Disengage the claw and remove the No. 4 console box duct.





7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET

(a) Remove the console box carpet.





8. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 screws.





(b) Pull the rear console box assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage the 4 guides and remove the rear console box assembly.
