HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

3. REMOVE NO. 6 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY Disassembly

4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) Disassembly

5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) Disassembly

6. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY WITH COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 6 screws.





(b) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the blower assembly with cooler evaporator sub-assembly.
