Key Cylinder Lamp: Testing and Inspection

LIGHTING (INT): IGNITION KEY CYLINDER LIGHT: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER

(a) Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 (ILL+) and a negative (-) lead to terminal 6 (ILL-).





(b) Check that the ignition key cylinder light comes on.

OK:

The light comes on.
