Installation

AXLE AND DIFFERENTIAL: REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the differential with rear No. 1 differential support to the rear suspension member front side with 2 new bolts and the 2 nuts.





Torque : 118 Nm (1200 kgf-cm, 87 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the differential with rear No. 1 differential support to the rear suspension member rear side with 2 new rear mounting bolts.





Torque : 137 Nm (1400 kgf-cm, 101 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 6 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET Installation

3. INSTALL REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER

Installation

4. ADD DIFFERENTIAL OIL Service and Repair

5. INSPECT AND ADJUST DIFFERENTIAL OIL Service and Repair

6. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK

7. INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT

Rear Wheel Alignment (for Double Wishbone Type Suspension)

8. CHECK FOR SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL
