Removal

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

(a) Remove the 3 clips.





(b) Disengage the 3 guides and remove the radiator support opening cover.

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

(a) Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(b) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.

(c) Remove the screw.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(d) Remove the 6 screws.





(e) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.





(f) Remove the 4 bolts.

(g) Disengage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(h) Disconnect each connector.

(i) w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

(1) Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose and drain the washer fluid.





HINT
Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

(j) Remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
