Removal

- Drain the cooling system. Service and Repair

- Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses.

- Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable from the battery and the harness connectors from the thermoswitch and cooling fan motor.

- On models with air conditioning, disconnect the connectors to the series resistor and cooling fan relay.

- Remove the bolts from the upper radiator mounts.

- Lift the radiator out from the top, complete with the fan and radiator shroud, tilting it toward the engine.

Installing

- Installation is the reverse of removal.

- Torque the mounting bolts to 10 Nm (87 in. lb.).
