Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
NOTE: The evaporator housing is attached to the bottom of the fresh air housing. The evaporator is located within this housing.
1.
Discharge A/C system.
Service and Repair 2.
Remove capillary tube from evaporator.
3.
Remove evaporator.
INSTALLATION -
Install in reverse order of disassembly.
NOTE: Insert capillary tube in hole of evaporator housing to approximately
128 mm (5 in).
