Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair
Condenser, removing and installing
First do the following:
- Discharge refrigerant system,
- Drain coolant
- Disconnect refrigerant pipes at condenser
CAUTION!
Immediately plug open connections on A/C components to prevent dirt and moisture contamination.
- Bring front end assembly (lock carrier) into service position.
1 - Radiator
- Always use new coolant after replacement
2 - Condenser
3 - Bolt
- 8 Nm (71 in lb)
4 - Lock carrier
- Bring into service position
