Sub-Assembly Bracket, Tightening Sequence, 2.0L FSI

Tightening sequence for the sub-assembly bracket on the cylinder block, vehicles without A/C system





Procedure

- Position sub-assembly bracket on cylinder block.

• Insert all bolts before tightening to the specification.

- Tighten sub-assembly bracket mounting bolts in the following sequence:

A Collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
B Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
C Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
D Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm

Tightening sequence for the sub-assembly bracket on the cylinder block, vehicles with A/C system





Procedure

- Position sub-assembly bracket on cylinder block.

• Insert all bolts before tightening to the specification.

- Tighten sub-assembly bracket mounting bolts in the following sequence:

A Collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
B Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
C Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
D Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
E Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
F Hex collar bolt, M10 x 45, 52 Nm
