Control Housing Overview





1 Guide rail

• Clipped to the control housing.

2 Control Housing

3 Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 (N205)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Adjuster Valves ] Camshaft Adjuster Valves.

4 Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 (Exhaust) (N318)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Adjuster Valves ] Camshaft Adjuster Valves.

5 Bolt

• 8 Nm

• Install using locking fluid (D 000 600 A2).

Checking Control Housing Strainer for Contaminants





- Unclip the strainer - 2 - from the rear of the control housing - 1 - and remove and contaminants.
