1 Vent Hose, for Crankcase Ventilation

• From the cylinder head cover.

2 Connecting Hose

3 EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80)

4 Fuel Rail

• Overview, refer to => [ Fuel Rail with Injectors Overview ] Fuel Rail with Injectors Overview.

5 Bolt

• 9 Nm

6 Fuel Supply Line

7 Gasket

• Always replace.

• Note the installed position:

The casting mark points upward.

8 Intake Manifold

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

9 Bracket

• For the power steering pump intake line.

• For engine code CBTA.

10 Bolt

• 16 Nm

11 Bolt

• 25 Nm

12 Bracket

• For the power steering pump intake line and secondary air injection pump motor (V101).

• For engine code CBUA.

13 O-ring

• No replacement part available, part of the manifold absolute pressure sensor.

14 Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (G71) with Intake Air Temperature Sensor (G42)

15 Bolt

• 3.5 Nm

16 Bolt

• 6.5 Nm

17 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

• With EPC throttle drive (G186) , EPC throttle drive angle sensor 1 (G187) and EPC throttle drive angle sensor 2 (G188).

• When replacing, erase the adaptation values and adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) to the throttle valve control module. Refer to "Guided Functions" in the vehicle diagnostic tester.

18 Seal

• Replace if damaged.
