Tightening Specifications

• The subframe mount bolts have reduced shanks. They must be replaced.

Subframe mount, engine






A1) = 20 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

B1) = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

C1) = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

1) replace

Subframe mount, transmission






A1) = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

B1) = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

1) replace

Pendulum support






A1) = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

B1) = 100 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

1) replace

Remove the pendulum support: First remove bolt - B -, then bolts - A -.

Install the pendulum support: First fasten bolts - A -, then bolt - B -.
