Access/Start Authorization Control Module (J518), Coding

• Vehicle Diagnostic Tester

The "access/start authorization system" must be coded after the access/start authorization control module has been replaced.

- Connect the vehicle diagnostic tester. Refer to => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems

- In the vehicle diagnostic tester , select "guided fault finding".

- Using the "Go to" button, select the "function/component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Body repair procedures

• Access/start authorization

• Functions: Access/start authorization
