Checking Hydraulic Unit Connector [EH3]

Checking Hydraulic Unit Connector
- Ignition off.





- Check hydraulic unit connector C/ED for contact resistance and oxidation as per HA6. Contact Resistance and Oxidation [HA6]
- Connect connector C/ED.





Connect an ohmmeter between #13 and #26 on test box.

Ohmmeter should read approx. 0 Ohms.

- Now push brake pedal down hard.

TRACS pressure sensor should break the circuit and ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.

If reading is OK:
- DTC was due to poor contact in hydraulic unit connector.

If reading is incorrect:
- Check resistance in TRACS pressure sensor EH4. Checking Resistance In (TRACS) Pressure Sensor [EH4]
