Replacing the evaporator

Preparations
- When replacing evaporator climate control system should be removed according to 'Climate control assembly, replacing'. Climate Control Assembly. Replacing

Removing




- First remove central module screws (2x) and clips (2x).
- Then remove evaporator cover screws (5x) and clips (4x).
- Lift evaporator out.


Install

Before installing a new evaporator it should be treated with oder eliminating agent.

Install:
- Evaporator.
- Evaporator cover.

NOTE: Ensure that the rubber seal is correctly positioned in the cover.

Replace gasket

- Install climate control system according to 'Climate control replacing: Installation'
