Replacing TMC receiver

Removing TMC receiver




- Ignition off.

Remove:
- cover for CD-ROM player in glove compartment
- the glove compartment. See Panel and SRS passenger airbag module Panel and SRS Passenger Airbag Module
- the soundproofing panel on the passenger side. See Dashboard Dashboard




- the bracket with the TMC receiver and the CD-ROM player.




- disconnect the connectors
- the TMC receiver from the bracket.

Installing TMC receiver
In reverse order.

Finishing
- Check that the system appears to be working normally
- Check that no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) have been stored during the repair.
