Removal

Removing the rubber lip




Remove the rubber lip located in the glass clamp. Use a pair of bent pliers and pull it out through the rear hole of the door module.

Installation

Installing the rubber lip




Install the new rubber lip through the hole in the door module and hold in place using the pliers.
Use 999 5723 Cap 999 5723 Cap or a similar long flat tool to insert between the inner and outer door panel.
Then press the rubber lip into position in the glass clamp.





Note! Ensure that the glass is centered in the clamp.
