Note! Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.

Removal

Removing the engine cooling fan (FC)
Remove the cooling fan. Refer to: Engine cooling fan (FC) Service and Repair





Install the following items:
- bracket
- screws, lightly, 4 pcs.





Remove the following items:
- screw
- engine compartment panel.





Remove the following items:
- screw
- radiator mounting.




Slightly raise the condenser and suspend from a suitable place, so that the condenser is not put under any strain.




- the screws for the upper radiator mounting, 2 pcs on both sides
- bracket under air conditioning aggregate
- radiator downwards.

Installation

Note! Tighten. Refer to: Tightening torque Tightening Torque





Install the following items:
- the radiator
- Bracket
- screws, 4 pcs, lightly.




Install the screws for the upper radiator mounting, 2 pcs on both sides.





Install the following items:
- engine compartment panel.
- screws, M6.




Install a mobile jack under the radiator.




Remove the bracket.
Install the engine cooling fan. Refer to: Engine cooling fan (FC) Service and Repair
